The 2012/2013 season will be the
last time Jamie Carragher the Liverpool-born defender in uniform after
the United Kingdom suspended shoes so decided the season was completed.
Carragher's
retirement news was delivered via the Club's official website, Thursday
(7/2/2013) night EDT while answering all the speculation about the
future of the 35-year-old Defender. The contracts of players named James Lee Duncan Carragher complete itself will end later this summer.
"This will be a season with Liverpool and terakhirku the end of my entire career as a professional," said Carragher.
"I
made his announcement now because I don't want to make a Manager or
Club questioned the matter of time ahead of me when I've decided what it
wants to do afterward," sambungnya.
"Komitmenku
is like to perform as best as possible for the Liverpool FC until the
end of this season, as I did during my entire career since joining the
Club at the age of nine years."
Carragher Liverpool pursue a professional career in January 1997 in a match against Middlesbrough. Afterwards
