Lampard's future at this season as is often speculated that his contract will expire this summer and there is no sign of the club will update the duration of the stay midfielder 34 years.
Called Chelsea are reluctant to contract too long for the veteran players as the club's mission to rejuvenate the players. But Lampard is considered by many to still worth keeping considering the dedication and performance at the West London club.
This season Lampard still perform productive with 13 goals and contributed two assists from 34 appearances in all competitions. He now has made 199 goals and only three goals adrift of Chelsea's top scorer, Bobby Tambling.
